Completed an independent valuation of one of the largest US stone/aggregate mining companies in the US. Scope of review included stone/mineral reserves, asset appraisal and valuation of sixteen primary mining and processing sites using the discounted cash flow method.

Prepared a market analysis of supply and demand for construction products including crushed stone, sand and gravel, asphalt, slag, and ready-mix concrete. Assignment included:
- Identify existing producers of each subject construction product and compilation of a business profile for each producer highlighting operating facilities, facility location, corporate ownership, types of products produced, government certification, and available production data.
- Prepare maps providing the location of major construction product suppliers and existing highway, rail and waterway transportation infrastructure.
- Prepare a report and analyze past consumption and develop a 5-year demand forecast for each construction product.
- Develop cost estimates for truck, rail, and river barge movements within the regional market.
Prepared an independent confirmation of the reliability of estimated limestone reserves in the Dominican Republic. Work scope included:
- Review and comment on planned exploration program and provide recommendations.
- Verify that appropriate sampling and logging field procedures are employed.
- Review geologic model and assess reserve estimates.
