This section of the John T. Boyd Company's (BOYD) website is designed and intended solely for the exclusive use of BOYD employees. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

The name box is simply your email username. Additional security is provided by the requirement of manually entering a set of letters/numbers as depicted in a masked text box. (Intended to prevent intrusion by automatic spambots)

Webmail tips:

Any mail that you have previously downloaded into your OUTLOOK will not be available in webmail.
If you read your mail using the webmail program it will not be available to download into your OUTLOOK unless you flag (checkmark) it and then mark it as unread by clicking the Unread mail button in the webmail window.
Mail that you have read in webmail will remain on the server (available for reading or downloading to your OUTLOOK) for a maximum of thirty days
If you require a copy-to-self in your OUTLOOK, then CC the mail you are sending to your own address. The SENT folder mail in webmail is not available for downloading into outlook and will only be maintained for a maximum of thirty days.
The "Check Mail" link will check for new mail and refresh the screen with any changes that you have made.
Any mail you delete here, will go to the trash folder in webmail only and will not be available in OUTLOOK. It is recommended that you periodically purge any mail in your Trash folder when using webmail. An automatic purge of Trash mail will occur every fifteen days
A signature file (similar to the one you have in OUTLOOK) will need to be configured by each users in webmail. See the options section in webmail.
